I have received different treatments from different places over the years, but today’s treatment was the best I have ever received! I felt so pampered and cared for the entire time, and I was never once uncomfortable or confused about what was happening. The woman who did my treatment, Ginger, was so sweet, informative, gentle, and she really knew what she was talking about. She answered all of my questions, explained the treatment in detail, and recommended different treatments to have done. Since I got my treatment today on a Saturday, the business would be closed tomorrow. Ginger gave me her personal cell phone number just in case I had any questions or concerns over the weekend when they wouldn’t be open. How amazing and thoughtful is that?!?! I never once felt like the staff was trying to be pushy and get me to buy different treatments just for my money. Instead, they genuinely cared about my skin and my financial situation. They gave me information to take home about their VIP club and different packages. I am very excited to go back, and I cannot wait to see how they help transform my skin! The prices are amazing, the staff is genuine and caring, and the environment is extremely relaxing and beautiful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to deal with skin issues or be pampered!

Great visit here in Scottsdale AZ. My session consisted of a warm visit by front desk and escorted to an upstairs lounge to be placed in the LED Light Therapy Room. I had Red and Blue mix light session with music playing while relaxing. I was brought peach tea and comforts on the lounge chair. After the light Therapy, my assigned Esthetician came over to pick me up and take me to a special room for a custom facial! It felt so amazing. I only wish I could afford to do that every week! Lol. I recently completed a Collagen Skin Rejuvenation (CSR) treatment with Christina. As an avid skin care guru, I have to say that Christina delivered one of the best CSR treatments I have yet to receive. And believe me I have had several to speak of in the last two years!! I have severe Hyperpigmentation on my face from years of being in the sun! I have tried everything from PDT (Photodynamic Therapy with the Levulan) to Fraxels. Both procedures are intense, so I opted to try the CSR. The results are amazing and I believe I have found the right person to continue to treat me with my upcoming CSR’s! I also would recommend joining their VIP Club. They are truly the best prices in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area and Christina was amazing with the Dermapen. As I was leaving, I spoke with Christina and she said she likes to work on people with the same enthusiasm as if she were working on herself. She likes results and loves what she does!! THIS place is amazing. I have been to a million places and have been getting lasers/facials etc for years now to preserve my aging skin. By far, out of all the places I have been — this surpasses them all. I got a Groupon for a CSR and have had a few in the past. However, this one TOPPED them all by far. The care, concern, the explanations, the education I received were beyond the best. The time they took with me was well over 2 hrs! They really cared and exceeded every expectation. I was so impressed, I became a VIP member that day! They also offer the best deals and make what you want affordable… THE results: stunning! I bought/used a $59 Groupon for my first visit & loved the experience. I’ve done several facials over the years, but the micro-dermabrasion did exactly what I wanted in terms of making my pores smaller. I felt so great afterwards that I signed up for their $179/year special where you get as many facials as you want all year for $59. As far as I’m concerned, this place ranks just as high as the Camelback Inn, where the facials are much more expensive. Small place, great folks & great facials. Go for it!

The aesthetician, Joann, was fab! I rank it as the best overall facial I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few dozen. They provided many incentives and gifts and their VIP program guarantees as many facials (choose from 10 including Microdermabrasion) as you would like the whole year through for a $179 fee, (but they gave me $100 off on my 1st visit) It’s a steal because they give you an appreciation facial and $180.00 gift certificate. Unlike Noa U., (who wrote a bad review on Yelp) I did meet the owner, John. If he uses the products, they’re working! He did look good for 49 years of age.

I have been getting facials and facial acupuncture for about 10 years, this is one the best ones with the longest lasting results. I love the energized facial and the organic Microdermabrasion. It was not as harsh as some others I have had, with better results. After 3 weeks, my skin is still less oily and tighter. They customize the treatment just for you. I loved it so much I signed up for the VIP plan.

The facility is gorgeous. I truly appreciated the respect paid to me when up selling. I was informed of my choices and felt comfortable taking only what I really wanted. Booking treatments has become an uncomfortable experience when I am pushed into buying hundreds of dollars worth of products…this is the reason I do not go as often as I’d like…your facility does not do that and I am definitely coming back!

Five days ago, I had my first Collagen Skin Rejuvenation (CSR) treatment and I already see a marked difference in the tightening of my skin. Everyone is very friendly and they make you feel welcomed and “at home”. The services and products are great – my skin has never looked or felt better, and I am almost 50! The building is quiet, soothing and relaxing – like a spa, with the trickling water from fountains and soft music. Everything appears to be geared for the comfort and benefit of the customer.
